My name is Tiffany and sport has always been a passion of mine. I started doing gymnastics as a young girl and from then on I tried different sports. Strength training and lifting weights was something I really found my passion in. I started taking group classes 11 years ago and trying the equipment at a gym and lifting weights took some time.
With every workout, I’ve noticed how my body is reacting and what lifting weights can actually do for me. That’s when I started exercising 5-7 times a week and gained some knowledge about nutrition. I started out as an assistant trainer back then and taught a few classes, then I started Fit with Tiff – my group classes. Since then I’ve been taking classes regularly and just love motivating people and helping them become the best version of themselves.
Since Andrina is a good friend of mine and we both have a good knowledge of fitness and nutrition, I am so excited to help her and her clients achieve their goals!
